Currently, the Digitro Technology has over a hundred women on its staff, representing approximately 30% in the company. Of these, several hold leadership positions, such as coordination and management, in key areas of the organization, including HR, Marketing, Commercial Support, Services, Development and Channels. There are several women working in different areas of technology. The growing female presence reflects the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion in the sector, in addition to highlighting the importance of women in strategic and leadership roles.

Dígitro Tecnologia’s president, Milton João de Espíndola, highlights the impact of women on the organization: “The technology sector has shown itself to be a space with great potential for the development of creative and innovative solutions. Encouraging the presence of women in this scenario is a priority, because we know that when we include different perspectives, we have a more collaborative and efficient environment. We are committed to the inclusion and empowerment of our female employees.”

In celebration of International Women's Day, Dígitro has prepared activities that highlight the importance of women in the sector. Among the scheduled events, the company will hold a discussion group called “Women in Technology” on March 14. The event will feature the participation of Tatiana Takimoto, CEO of Be Diverse, and Manoela Lira Reis, co-founder of AHOY Serviços Expressos. During the meeting, they will share their experiences in the sector, addressing challenges and opportunities for women in the market. The discussion will be moderated by a communications and internal marketing specialist, Lívia Prestes da Silveira, with a focus on female empowerment and future prospects.

Another highlight will be the series of inspiring videos, with testimonials from women who work in the company's technology areas. Among them will be Débora Possenti, Lucimari Messias Ribeiro Alves and Marileila Melloto, who will share their stories and lessons learned throughout their careers, showing how they overcame challenges and contributed to the growth of the company and the sector. “These actions reflect Dígitro Tecnologia's commitment to promoting an increasingly inclusive and welcoming work environment for women, encouraging their active participation in the construction of innovative solutions and in the development of a solid and diverse organizational culture”, concludes HR manager, Mariana Polli.
