White Label solution is designed to operate in a multi-tenant format and allows Internet providers to offer their corporate customers not only connectivity services, but a complete unified communications system.
According Dice According to the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), there are currently more than 20,000 internet providers in Brazil, predominantly small and medium-sized, with more than 23 million access points. The ISP (Internet Service Providers) market is highly competitive, where price and quality of services are determining factors. In this scenario, the arrival of a new solution is expected for the second half of this year multi-tenant, designed to add value to the portfolio of internet providers in the country by providing customer service and unified communication solutions. The new product was developed by Dígitro Tecnologia, a Santa Catarina-based company specialized in developing solutions for the Customer Journey and has the potential to triple revenue for ISPs.
The new White Label solution is customizable and internet providers can characterize the product according to their own brands and visual identity, providing a unique and differentiated experience to their corporate users. According to Agenor Jr, Product Manager at Dígitro Tecnologia, the system integrates unified communication features allowing customers to make phone calls, integrate the system with WhatsApp, use automated service bots (robots) and much more. “This eliminates the need for corporate customers to contract these services from other suppliers, who often negotiate licenses in dollars, offering a complete package with just one Brazilian supplier,” he argues.
The possibility of offering communication services with pricing in Reais is particularly advantageous for companies, as it guarantees cost predictability and avoids unpleasant surprises depending on the variation exchange rate of the Dollar, which has fluctuated considerably in recent days. Furthermore, the implementation of the solution does not require large investments in additional infrastructure, allowing ISPs to increase their profit margins simply by adding solutions to their existing portfolio.
“Today, in order to expand, internet providers need to install more fiber optic cabling, expand their team, invest in equipment, etc., which ends up making their margins very small. By using Dígitro’s solution, the ISP can increase its margins without having to expand its infrastructure, simply by adding technology,” explains Agenor.
Each provider defines its margins on the increase in services according to its objectives, but Agenor illustrates the possibility of revenue by considering that the offer of plans exclusively for small business internet, today, has an initial value between R$150.00 and R$200.00 per month. “If in this same package the operator includes 20 users of unified communication with mobility, file exchange, voice and video conversations, chat exchange and video rooms with recording and transcription of meetings, it can multiply revenue by three times for this same client, generating a net margin of over R$40%”, projects the specialist.
For being a solution multi-tenant, the software also allows providers to manage multiple clients from a single installation, offering flexibility and scalability. For operators that work with partners and representatives in different regions, it is possible to create a second layer of administration, allowing efficient local management and expanding the reach of services.
With an implementation period of approximately 30 days, providers will be trained to provide level 1 support to customers, with product training and access to system settings and adjustments. According to Agenor, for more complex issues, the manufacturer will be responsible for level 3 support. “Dígitro will work with providers for any eventuality, guaranteeing 24-hour support,” he concludes.
