Strategy seeks to leverage on-premises sales and add value to services with APIs for unified communications, contact center and voice transcription

Dígitro Tecnologia, a pioneering Brazilian company in the development of telecommunications and contact center solutions, announces a financing program for its hardware for its sales channels in up to 12 months, in addition to exclusive marketing rights in this type of computing. The company is still seeking to recruit new resellers that aim both to represent its technologies in Brazil and Latin America, and to develop value-added services through its customization layer and APIs that allow the creation of new products. The news was announced at Futurecom, which took place in São Paulo between the 3rd and 5th of October. The company's initiative optimizes the development of personalized solutions in various sectors.

Dígitro's various hardware platforms are used in mission-critical operations where connectivity is problematic, for unified communications applications, multichannel contact centers and voice and chat robots.

“The sales channels have proven robust equipment, easy to expand and support – but above all, suitable for structuring good business by adding service, support and sales with the integration of other associated products”, points out Roberto Matos, National Sales Manager with Channels.

The new APIs allow sales channels, software companies or large IT departments to incorporate Dígitro technology into their products, whether on-premises or cloud and involve three solutions: Retext, a tool that, through artificial intelligence, transcribes voice and video into text and is specialized in Brazilian Portuguese, the ONE, corporate communication platform and video rooms and the Persona 3, which enables the development of customer service robots automating social media channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, among others, but also voice (including telephony) and video.

“With this initiative, customers, sales channels and software companies will be able to improve and add value to their offers with already consolidated solutions, without the need to start projects from scratch and maintaining the development focus on their core business”, declares Octávio Carradore, Market Relationship Director at Dígitro Tecnologia.

IT departments of medium and large companies, from various segments such as healthcare, retail and government, are seen as potential customers of OEM products via API. Furthermore, the company seeks to attract new entrepreneurs and companies interested in reselling or developing solutions based on its consolidated technologies. Where the financing of Dígitro hardware for sales channels, together with the exclusivity of commercialization of this computing model and the availability of APIs, will promote the opportunity to create businesses around the Dígitro ecosystem for on-premises, cloud and hybrid solutions.

“We aim to provide a more fluid and efficient experience for end customers, whether through the consumption of Dígitro technology via APIs, or the direct use of our solutions provided by sales or direct sales channels, thus covering all computing and data models. highly competitive businesses that adhere to the different connectivity realities in Brazil and Latin America”, adds Carradore.

The company hopes that, with the availability of these APIs, new businesses will be built using its technologies, breaking usage paradigms and driving innovation in the information and communication sector.

“Facilitating access to technologies via APIs allows companies to take advantage of specific tools through embedded services (OEM components) that accelerate their product launch curve, without necessarily opening new investment fronts with high technological risk” concludes Carradore.
