With a projection of 15 new partners by the end of 2025, the Program aims to promote Dígitro's expansion through partnerships that will integrate, commercialize and manage the company's portfolio.

Dígitro Tecnologia, a reference in technological solutions for communication and customer journey, has just launched its new Channel Program, starting a new front for the company in the indirect market. The program aims to capitalize on Dígitro's presence in the Brazilian market through strategic partnerships with other companies to build its portfolio of solutions, with a focus on sustainable and regionalized growth. The program has a robust structure, divided into four subareas to ensure support and monitoring of partners from entry to ongoing management of services. Heading the project is Ana Paula Soriano, a professional recently hired by Dígitro, with over 20 years of experience in channel management in the technology segment. Together with the Management, there is a team of ten people, who integrate the expansion, onboarding, back office and on-going sectors and who will be strategically allocated in the company's office in São Paulo.

With a projection of 15 new partners by the end of 2025, Dígitro plans to formalize sales channels throughout the country, starting with the Southeast, North and Northeast regions in the first half of the year and, later, for the South and Central-West regions.

According to Ana Paula, the business model defined by Dígitro is unique and was designed to offer benefits to both the company and its partners, with clear growth indicators, an adjusted price list and marketing incentives that foster joint growth. “The program is a natural extension of our solid technology. We now want to expand our commercial structure through partners, generating capillarity and increasing market penetration,” says the manager.

Value-added partners

The partner profile sought by Dígitro includes medium and large companies that aim to scale their businesses with a sustainable journey to their customers through technology, especially those with experience in integrating technological solutions and that are aligned with the company’s portfolio. The expectation is that these partners will assume commercial and technical responsibilities, increasing the scalability and efficiency of sales and support processes. “We look for companies that have the capacity to execute 100% of the customer relationship cycle, from sales to implementation and support, ensuring financial scale gains for the partner,” explains Soriano.
