New leadership reinforces Dassault Systèmes' sustainability strategy to advance its purpose of harmonizing products, nature and life 

 Philippine de T'Serclaes brings extensive experience in business transformation, finance, energy transition, blockchain, energy efficiency, the new energy world and innovation

THE Dassault Systems announces that Philippine de T'Serclaes has been appointed Chief Sustainability Officer. She will lead the company's sustainability management and drive its portfolio development and business transformation. Philippine de T'Serclaes brings 20 years of international experience to Dassault Systèmes, working in strategic, executive and senior consulting roles related to business transformation, energy transition finance, blockchain, energy efficiency, the new world of energy and innovation. 

 

Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, he worked for nearly a decade at Schneider Electric, most recently as Senior Executive and Global Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. During that time, he initiated and executed solutions and platforms for strategic clients, as well as digital, institutional, financial and academic partners globally. Prior to that, she worked in finance at Rothschild, J.P. Morgan and at the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), where she was Senior Financial Advisor – Division of Energy Efficiency and the Environment. There, she founded the Energy Efficiency Finance Action Network, a platform to increase public-private partnerships in energy efficiency and cleantech finance. 

 

Philippine de T'Serclaes is the author of numerous publications and a speaker at major conferences such as the World Economic Forum (Davos), Sustainable Energy Week, Al Gore Advisors Summit and the Asia Clean Energy Forum. Currently, he serves as a member of the Board of the think tank BSI Economics (an institution or group of specialists of an investigative and reflective nature whose function is the intellectual reflection on subjects of social policy, political strategy, economy, military matters, technology or culture). Philippine de T'Serclaes holds a degree in International Relations from McGill University (Montreal), a Master's in Law and Finance from the London School of Economics and a PhD in Economics from Sorbonne University (Paris).
