Sanofi will leverage experience in industrial solutions “Made to Cure for BioPharma” from Dassault Systèmes based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to design, implement, qualify and operate the modular production lines of its “Evolutionary Facilities”. The industrial plants will be able to sustainably and simultaneously manufacture up to four products, selecting the most advanced technologies also to reduce their energy consumption. The 3DEXPERIENCE platform provides a virtual environment for collaborative innovation and end-to-end data management across the entire lifecycle. This allows Sanofi to experiment with manufacturing systems under development and test its virtual operations to optimize expansion and industrialization processes even before deploying them.

Through a Virtual Twin, Sanofi can visualize and simulate values, equipment and consumables that a given process demands, as well as control the entire flow and activities of modules and operators in the “salon”, which is a flexible and adaptable area , created in factories to allow manufacturers to quickly adjust their processes.
