Using SONDA's Commercial Solution (CS) solution, the company made management more efficient and secure by automating a series of management processes
SONDA, a Latin American technology solutions and services company, is working together with DAE Jundiaí, the company responsible for basic sanitation in the city of São Paulo, to improve the entire commercial management system. The objective, with the use of technology, is to optimize operational management, reduce costs and offer better customer service.
Using the solution Commercial Solution (CS), from SONDA, the company made management more efficient and secure by automating a series of management processes, from processing customer registration information, through customer service, service management, metering, billing and collection of customer accounts . With the adoption of the technology, the company achieved greater flexibility in decision-making, optimized costs and achieved a drop in default rates.
According to Benedito Pedro de Almeida Nogueira, commercial and financial director at DAE Jundiaí, SONDA's CS solution allowed the sanitation company to have a broader view of the entire operation, integrating accounting and financial data to the business management system ( ERP). “The solution allowed us to gain automation and improve the control of accounts receivable and billing, which ensures better visibility of financial management. All in real time”, emphasizes Nogueira.
With the automation of information, DAE Jundiaí updates in real time the data sent by the field team, which had a direct impact on the reduction of the company's costs. The CS solution provides a real-time view of the consumer and allows all communication between company and user to become more fluid, transparent and objective.
SONDA has been working in partnership with DAE Jundiaí in the development of the CS solution since August 2016, when the first technology supply contract was signed. From that period until today, a series of implementations have been carried out, with the objective of accelerating the optimization of commercial management processes. “Our purpose is to increasingly promote innovations, so that the company can offer the best service to the customer,” says Flávio Soares, SONDA's director of Utilities Solutions.
Given the evolution, and with the knowledge that DAE Jundiaí's Information Technology Management acquired with the CS solution, especially of all existing modules in the commercial system, and its consequent effective application in the work of all areas of the company, the goal now it is to expand the functionalities. Among them are the improvement of the application made available to the consumer, the inclusion of instant payment via Pix and the increase in data security, in accordance with the regulations of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
