Tool is integrated with Linx DMS, ecosystem that serves the entire structure of the concessionaire from end to end

Grupo Importadora VW, Volkswagen dealership, gained 80% in agility and efficiency by incorporating financial services into the ERP. The company, which since 2015 has been using Linx DMS, a solution that automates the management of concessionaire activities, gained an upgrade by joining the financial services integrated into the ERP, a novelty that allows performing activities related to the financial areas, such as bills, payments, statements, TEF, and especially all financial reconciliation automatically.

According to Wanderson Leal, the Group's Technology and Parts Manager, having this control in a single place is what makes the financial management of the business more efficient. “This integration is what brought us significant gains in agility and process optimization. This even allowed us to redirect the performance of employees, who were previously in charge of these services, to perform other tasks”.

The manager says that the integrated financial services came to complement the concessionaire's management solution, and the Linux DMS it has also contributed to the efficiency of the company's management and commercial processes. Leal points out that the software's monitoring panels make it possible to view everything that happens in the store during the sale. “It is a much lighter and more practical service, with the use of tablets. Furthermore, the system DMS it points out to the seller what he should do to rescue the customer, for example, pointing out successes and failures”, explains the manager.

with the system DMS, the store has real-time management results controls at hand, purchasing, financial, tax and accounting management, in addition to automating the customer journey and managing multichannel leads. For Leal, the great achievement was being able to combine administrative and financial aspects in his establishment and he emphasizes: “In the future, we want to have all this effective control stored in the cloud”.

Homero Giuseppe Filho, director of the Auto vertical at Linx, explains that “being able to offer automotive customers management software to unify information and facilitate the workflow between areas is extremely rewarding. Taking into account that each department needs its own tool to be able to generate its reports and perform routine tasks, the Linx systems started to play a fundamental role, functioning as a workflow centralizer, aligning the communication of all areas and facilitating the taking of decision”.
