Benner's HR services division projects, for this year, to grow about 160%, compared to 2021

Benner Sistemas, a Brazilian company that provides software solutions and services that transform business processes, has just announced that it will launch a new solution focused exclusively on performance management. Named YEVO and hosted in the cloud, it is part of the company's strategy of building a cloud platform composed of several services that can be used by companies that have Benner RH or any other solution. “Gradually, several processes that make up our Corporate HR, starting with performance management, will migrate to the cloud as services that can be contracted in isolation and connected to any other HR product or work in an integrated manner within the Benner platform. This will bring more possibilities for customers who already use our solution and also for the rest of the market.” This informed the VP of Innovation, Technology and Expansion of the Benner Group, Marcelo Murilo.

According to the Benner Group's Head of ERP/HR Products, Francis Izzo, the idea of launching YEVO at CONARH is in line with the company's purpose of keeping its complete portfolio of solutions for the Human Resources area in evidence. “CONARH is the largest HR fair in Latin America. Through this event, it will be possible not only to network, but also to present the company's solutions to the market and bring us even closer to our customers”, he explains.

Izzo emphasizes that YEVO stands out for being an easy and intuitive tool. In addition, its implementation lasts, on average, only 40 hours and one of its main differentials is the fact that it can be integrated with any other solution on the market. “We developed this technology because we understand that the biggest pain in the HR sector is related to the lack of processes, and, consequently, the impossibility of carrying out a complete evaluation, not obtaining goal metrics and not being able to measure teams, for example. YEVO comes to the market to meet these demands”, he emphasizes.

With consistent planning and its robust management portfolio, combined with the strategy of launching cloud products that will compose its HR platform, starting with YEVO, Benner estimates, for this year, to grow its revenue in this division by around 160%, with compared to 2021.

The tool, in addition to automating the process of administration and control of the HR area, also increases the efficiency of work teams, promotes collaboration and helps in the development of the professional within the organization.

Via Myplace, managers can use the Corporate Education module to monitor the evolution and development of their team members. The employee, on the other hand, can interact with the company to make requests, consult payroll and income reports. “We want to make technology an ally in the management of soft skills, so we provide the HR market with solutions that allow the analysis, mapping and evaluation of performance and corporate education”, concludes the executive.
