O Benner Group, a Brazilian reference in providing software solutions and services that boost companies' processes, has just announced the launch of NexoRede, an innovative platform, developed to connect all providers and operators, on a single platform, aiming to digitalize, contract, manage and simplify the accreditation and negotiation process between health operators and service providers.

With a total investment of R$3 million, the platform is the result of a market study with operators and providers in the healthcare sector, in which Benner has a strong presence. Today, the health segment represents 50% of the Group's revenue and, for next year, the growth expectation is 25% over the previous year.

Currently, both the operator and the provider spend a lot of energy on keeping documentation up to date, contracts renewed upon expiration, and subsequently updating the negotiated values in the management system, a process that is responsible for more than 50% of rework with gloss resources. NexoRede was designed to solve these difficulties.

According to the founder and CEO of Grupo Benner, Severino Benner, NexoRede serves both operators and service providers, distributed throughout the country. “Acting as a business hub and connecting these two audiences, this solution will promote even more efficient communication and strategic partnerships,” he explains.

For operators that manage health plans and need to manage a broad and qualified network of service providers, NexoRede will facilitate the search, accreditation, negotiation and management of contracts with providers, promoting efficiency, cost reduction and compliance with regulatory requirements with fully digitalized processes, reducing the cost of the area by 50%.

For the segment’s network of service providers, the solution will allow them to manage all documentation and their interactions with operators in a centralized and digital manner, increasing visibility and facilitating negotiations and registration updates. “A provider that has 10 units and maintains contracts with 50 operators, with just the health permit, would have to send 500 different documents. With NexoRede, expiration and submission control will be automated without human interference,” explains the CEO.

Severino also comments that NexoRede was designed to easily integrate with management systems (ERPs) already used by healthcare institutions, including systems from other suppliers as well as those developed by Grupo Benner. “This integration is done quickly and securely through APIs and messaging, allowing operators to take advantage of its functionalities without having to modify or replace their existing technological infrastructures,” he adds.

The NexoRede platform will provide the provider with visibility of their profile, their specialties and all documentation, streamlining and simplifying the entire accreditation process. In this way, when the operator detects network insufficiency, it allows the search for a new accredited provider in a simple and practical way.

Main features

In a 100% cloud environment, using the highest security standards, the platform allows operators and service providers to carry out accreditation in a completely digital manner, including electronic signature with legal validity of contracts and amendments, eliminating paper. In addition, the technology offers the possibility of simulating the financial impact of adjustments and negotiations, helping operators in decision-making and automating processes, in addition to maintaining a detailed history of all interactions and transactions, ensuring transparency and compliance.

NexoRede also makes it easier to determine network insufficiency and allows the search for qualified providers throughout Brazil, so that operators can maintain a complete network that complies with regulatory requirements, minimizing registration and pricing errors, which reduces financial losses for providers and operational costs for operators. “All these benefits are combined with the fact that the platform has a completely intuitive interface, which facilitates navigation and process management,” highlights Severino.

According to the executive, these features make it one of the most efficient solutions on the market. “Currently, there are few technologies and ERPs that support parts of the healthcare network management processes, such as accreditation and contract control. These solutions generally focus on specific aspects, not fully integrating needs, unlike NexoRede,” he comments.

Severino concludes by highlighting that Grupo Benner is the first Brazilian company to create a complete digital ecosystem that optimizes the entire accreditation and negotiation chain in the market. “NexoRede stands out in the market by being a platform that not only centralizes and automates the accreditation and negotiation processes and reduces process costs, but also offers an integrated experience for both players in the healthcare sector in a secure digital environment, which ensures greater efficiency, transparency and agility in operations, reducing conflicts and glosses due to price errors due to lack of updating of the ERPs of both parties”, he concludes.
