– The company aims to be present in all Brazilian capitals and in the cities with the highest GDPs in the country

– Strategy reinforces plan to reach R$1 billion in revenue by 2030

THE Benner, one of the leading providers of software solutions and services for business management in Brazil, announces growth of 200% in its network of channels in 2025, compared to the previous year, as well as expanding its presence to all five regions of the country. This initiative is part of the company's strategic plan to reach R$1 billion in revenue by 2030, consolidating its position in the national market.

According to Thiago Samsack, Benner's Director of Indirect Channels, the goal is to double the network by the end of 2025. "The channels are a strategic differentiator for our growth. More than an extension of the company, they function as a direct bridge to the market, capable of accelerating our scale, promoting regionalization, and fostering innovation," the executive emphasizes.

Service structure

The 12 new channels established in 2025 are located in strategic cities such as Belém, São Luís, Fortaleza, Teresina, Maceió, Goiânia, São Paulo (capital), Igarassu do Tietê, Maringá, and Blumenau. The company already had operations in Ribeirão Preto and Brasília. "Our goal is to expand this presence to all Brazilian capitals and major urban centers with high GDP, strengthening our national reach," adds Samsack.

The executive explains that Benner has a dedicated channel structure, which encompasses commercial, technical, and operational support. "On a commercial level, we offer support in negotiations, contract closing, new client service, and active client base monitoring. From a strategic perspective, we have a team dedicated to attracting and developing new partners, taking into account their profile and operational capabilities, especially in the consulting segment," he explains.

Furthermore, the company has a robust support structure for project implementation. "In the first contracts, channels receive direct support from Benner's services team. After certification, they are able to independently conduct implementations in their regions," adds Samsack.

Bold growth

The channel strategy is part of Benner's national expansion plan, which recently added Thiago Samsack to its executive team, including Rodrigo Ribeiro as CMO and Taís Castro as Commercial Director. It also announced the opening of a new unit in Goiânia, expanding the company's physical presence in the Midwest.

"Channels play a strategic role in our growth plan, as they facilitate the company's entry into new markets and expand our reach. The enthusiasm of these new partners reinforces that we're on the right track, solidifying Benner as a national leader in software solutions and services for business management," concludes Samsack.
