Adoption of the Skyone Platform provided the multinational with a reduction of 50% in operating costs
In search of improving its systems and increasing productivity, Sapore, the first genuinely Brazilian corporate restaurant multinational, hired Skyone, a reference company in the supply of technological products to simplify routine and enhance business productivity, with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of its systems. As a result, Sapore reduced costs in systemic integrations by 50% by adopting an innovative approach to data management and systems integration, resulting in significant benefits and enhanced operational improvement.
“Previously, Sapore faced challenges in centralizing and standardizing data, especially when it came to integrating different systems used in its operations. We tried to develop all business solutions internally with our ERP partner, but we soon realized that some solutions were already available on the market and were more complete than those we could develop internally. This led us to start using a range of different systems that, in one way or another, needed to exchange information with our own ERP and it was then that we started looking at the integration of these systems. We were looking for a solution that offered availability, security and scalability with the ease of standardizing integrations, providing practicality and efficiency in daily operations”, says Osvaldo Camargo, IT manager at Sapore.
It was in this context that the company hired Skyone, an advanced platform that has an integration product. By adopting Skyone technology, the multinational was able to simplify and centralize integrations between its systems and the company's proprietary ERP, eliminating the need for complex internal development and significantly reducing associated costs.
During the process, additional integration needs arose, such as a menu application. And, among the benefits highlighted, was the agility in developing an integration for this topic. “It was a striking example, as it was a project that was not within our scope, but that the team managed to integrate and solve in an impressive 5 minutes. We were able to create a solution that provided the Sapore team with the necessary autonomy to create and manage integrations efficiently and without depending on specialized developers”, highlights Osvaldo Camargo.
With the change, Sapore now has approximately 26 people on its team dedicated to information technology and no longer depends on specialist developers to create and manage integrations. The company continues to develop new integrations and the objective is to further modernize and automate internal processes through Skyone's systems integration platform.
