Núbia Mota takes over as head of marketing DX Latam and Camila Miranda will be responsible for the area's operations in Brazil; new leaders will strengthen Adobe's expansion strategy in the region

Adobe Experience Cloud – a suite of digital marketing solutions that personalize customer experiences – has just announced the appointment of Núbia Mota and Camila Miranda to leadership positions on the marketing team. The professionals were responsible for increasing the presence and visibility of Adobe’s digital experience division in Latin America. In March 2024, Núbia Mota and Camila Miranda led a team of 141 executives from Latin American companies at the Adobe Summit in Las Vegas, an event held annually in the US.

Núbia Mota has been promoted to Head of Digital Experience (DX) Marketing for Latin America, while Camila Miranda now heads up Marketing Operations in Brazil. Both executives have a career path marked by excellence and innovation.

“I have always tried to be one step ahead in my work and professional life. Here at Adobe, my goal is to deliver impactful results and position Latin America as a reference,” says Núbia Mota. “To be successful in B2B marketing, it is not enough to follow trends. You need to understand your customers’ businesses and offer solutions that add real value. This is my role within the company,” she concludes.

“In B2B marketing, my passion is identifying and understanding business pain points across industries and transforming these insights into ABM strategies that showcase how Adobe solutions effectively address these challenges. Today, at Adobe, my focus is on creating authentic connections that drive customer outcomes and strengthen our position in Latin America,” explains Camila.

Camila and Núbia are taking on strategic leadership positions that will drive new fronts in the marketing area in Latin America. The new positions reinforce Adobe’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the technology sector. Núbia Mota has a degree in Marketing and specializations from Standford University (USA), FGV and Insper. With over 15 years of experience, the executive has worked for companies such as VTEX and Nokia, in addition to teaching MBA classes at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. At Adobe, she works as Head of DX Marketing for Latin America, focusing on B2B strategies that add value and results for customers.

Camila Miranda – Marketing Leader Brazil at Adobe
With 15 years in the market, Camila Miranda has worked for major brands such as Claro and Kroton, and a technology startup that is a reference in API Management. With a degree in communications and a postgraduate degree in marketing from Unicamp and FGV, Camila participated in the leadership program for black people at Stanford University (USA). At Adobe, she leads B2B marketing initiatives focused on understanding customers and creating ABM strategies that connect Adobe insights directly with the needs of the industry.
