Integrator incorporates two companies and creates a software development unit and a Cloud unit, starting to act as a leading turnkey supplier in the IT market
Add Value, an integrator specializing in cloud, hyperconvergence, networking, security and virtualization technologies, announces the incorporation of two companies and the creation of a software development arm. With this, the company plans to achieve revenue of around R$ 200 million in 2024, becoming a supplier turn key leader in the IT market.

We want to further increase the level of quality of our deliveries, creating an organization even more prepared to fully meet the demands of our customers”, celebrates Thiago Spósito, CMO of the Add Value Group.
Part of this expansion is the incorporation of the companies HashCloud (specialized in cloud solutions) and Tradesys, a company with 35 years in the market. Furthermore, the brand announces the creation of an Application development, App Corrections and Microservices Generation company, Add Value Dev.
According to Spósito, all of these expertise will be added to Add Value. With this, the Holding will begin to operate not only in infrastructure and network projects, in virtualization of environments, in cybersecurity, but will also begin to offer customized cloud migration and management solutions and application development.
“Originally, Add Value was always cloud technology agnostic. Now, with the incorporation of HashCloud, which specializes in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments, we will operate on this business front. In addition to the already existing Add Value Security, Add Value Cloud and Add Value Dev were born”, he states.
Tradesys acts as a Platinum reseller of Citrix, SonicWall, Microsoft, Veeam and Sentinel One. The incorporation will add Add Value's new operation to the assessment of customers' technological scenario, proposing alternatives that suit their demands.
