ABES has just announced the creation of Committee Best Practices in Strategic Growth, an initiative exclusively for its members. Focused on stimulating strategic growth in the technology sector, the committee will be a space for learning, exchanging experiences, and business development, bringing together leaders and professionals seeking practical solutions to market challenges. inaugural meeting of the committee is scheduled for the day September 23, 2025, at 10:00 am, and will be the starting point for a journey of strategic transformation among ABES members.
The committee will address topics such as expansion planning, identifying market opportunities, business model innovation, data-driven management, structuring High-Performance Teams, building teams aligned with strategic objectives and capable of executing with excellence, revenue generation and diversification, among other topics. The aim is to strengthen the competitiveness of member companies by fostering a culture of sustainable growth aligned with global best practices.
Second Fábio Trindade, CEO and founder of Saaut – Sales, Business & Growth Authority and one of the committee leaders, the initiative aims to create a dynamic forum to discuss revenue generation in the Brazilian technology market.
