ABES was recognized as a National Highlight by the Instituto Brasil Digital for its initiative "ABES in Search of a More Digital and Less Inequality Brazil." The initiative encompasses a series of initiatives focused on inclusion, ethics, and innovation in the technology sector, including the RH Tech Platform, the Mobilization for a More Digital and Less Inequality Amazon, the Uma Empresa Ética program, training for member teams, and other transformative initiatives.
The recognition will be celebrated in two special moments. On the day September 26, 2025, Friday, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, ABES will present the complete case during the 10th EERS – Enrichment Experience Road Show, which will take place in IPT – Paulista Institute of Technology, in São Paulo. The event will bring together business leaders, experts, and government representatives to share experiences driving digital transformation in Brazil. Andriei Gutierrez, president of ABES, and Clara Savelli, Project and Partnership Coordinator, will represent ABES. Additionally, ABES will receive the official trophy during the Ozires Silva Brazil Digital Award Ceremony, scheduled for the day November 3, 2025, of the 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in a night dedicated to celebrating initiatives that promote a more connected, ethical and inclusive country.
