With the purpose of simplifying the use of complex technologies, Skyone launches a unified platform that generates more autonomy and increases the productivity of companies' operations
In June of this year, Skyone launched its unified platform that aims to integrate all its products and services, simplifying routines and boosting business productivity through a single console with more than 15 products distributed across the categories of Cloud Computing, Data, Cybersecurity, Marketplace and Services.
Unified Platform: What's Behind It
In 2023, Skyone completed a decade since its foundation and, with that, revisited its vision for the future to ensure its accelerated growth rate of 50% per year. “Our vision for the coming years is focused on the digital evolution of companies and our four pillars that include cloud computing, data management and artificial intelligence, supported by an AI marketplace, combined with information security tools. All of this centralized on our platform, which offers a unified user experience, from access to SaaS applications to monitoring and support, all with security and simplicity”.
With an integrated approach, the platform enables a client to have their systems in the cloud and resolve the fragmentation of ERP systems through an IPaaS, evolving into a data journey with ETL, consolidating information from different sources in a vector Data Warehouse, accessible by LLMs and DataViz tools, thus enabling safe consumption by AIs, which may or may not already be available in the platform's marketplace.
More autonomy, less time spent
“What we are doing is innovative in the market. We aim to simplify the usability of the Skyone Platform as much as possible, so that it is easy for our customers to find the information they need and perform automated actions within it without requiring extensive technical knowledge as is currently required to operate other public cloud platforms,” adds the CTO.
The Skyone Platform also has multiple layers of security, always aiming for secure access to its functions and the customer environment. “When developing the Skyone Platform, we invested heavily in resources for the security of our customers’ data. With Security by Design development, the platform has the function of user access permission, password vault system and MFA,” adds the CTO.
Also focused on increasing the efficiency of its business to be able to invest more in product improvements, many processes will be automated with the platform, estimating a reduction of 60% in the operational workload with IT.
Since June 2024, more than 20,000 customers have already used the Skyone Platform and witnessed a new experience with more autonomy and more visibility.
