ABES welcomes More United Group, which has just joined the list of strategic partners of HR Tech Platform. The partnership aims to strengthen the technology job market by encouraging talent development and promoting relevant discussions on socio-digital inclusion, promoting diversity in the IT field, career management, employee retention, hybrid work models, training and qualification, among other topics.
The synergy between the entities goes beyond discussions about the labor market and finds another point of convergence in socio-environmental commitment. ABES already leads the “Mobilization for a More Digital and Less Unequal Amazon”, in partnership with the Ministry of the Environment and Reurbi. Now, it joins forces with the expertise of the Mais Unidos Group, enhancing digital literacy initiatives in vulnerable communities.
What is the Mais Unidos Group?
To understand the relevance of this partnership, it is essential to understand the nature of the Mais Unidos Group. Founded in 2008 as an association of companies, the organization was born from a strategic partnership with the United States Diplomatic Mission (USAID). Its central objective is to promote profound social transformation in Brazil through the articulation of networks.
The Group acts as a "hub" connecting large companies from different sectors, public authorities, and civil society organizations. By facilitating this dialogue, Mais Unidos enables what is called collaborative social investment. Instead of isolated actions, the organization structures and implements relevant and far-reaching programs that no company could carry out alone on the same scale, always focusing on education and professional training as drivers of social mobility.

Amazon +Connected and documentary
A practical example of this ability to articulate... More United it's the program Amazon Network +Connected. The initiative reached a historic milestone in 2025 by doubling its investments, jumping from R$ 10 million (initially contributed by the American Diplomatic Mission) to R$ 20 million. The new funding was made possible thanks to the mobilization of private sector partners, including Alcoa, Alcoa Foundation, Microsoft, Dell, EBAC, Conecta, and TRW. The program offers digital inclusion, facilitated access to essential services, and promotes new job opportunities and local entrepreneurship. The initiative guarantees free internet in participating homes, in addition to expanding the training pathway and educational support offered to families.
To make the impact of these actions tangible, the documentary “Rede Amazônia +Conectada” was launched in 2025. The production, conceived in collaboration with Microsoft and Alcoa, reveals how connectivity has transformed life in Juruti (PA). The 25-minute short film presents data on the 609 households and 3,000 people impacted by the program and, in addition, features the voices of the program's protagonists, represented by students, entrepreneurs, and family farmers who benefited from it.
