Officially launched at Fenalaw 2025, the largest legal technology event in Latin America, the solution promises to simplify the use of ERP through natural language and increase the efficiency of legal routines.

TOTVS, Brazil's largest technology company, announces the launch of its new Artificial Intelligence assistant for the legal sector, LD Assist, during Fenalaw 2025, taking place from October 22nd to 24th in São Paulo. Developed to accelerate productivity and operational efficiency in law firms and legal departments, the assistant brings practical application of specialized AI to legal routines, integrating with the company's main platforms for the sector.

LD Assist is available in the TOTVS Legal Management – Sisjuri Line and TOTVS Legal Departments solutions. Conceived under the concept of a "lawyer's co-pilot," the tool was designed to enhance human capacity, optimizing tasks and processes while keeping the professional at the center of strategic analysis. To ensure maximum quality, performance, and data security, the solution runs entirely in the TOTVS cloud environment.

The new AI assistant allows users to interact with the management system simply, using natural language commands. The solution already includes features such as automatic timesheet entry, contract balance checks, customer invoice queries, and intelligent document scanning.

"We believe that AI should act as a co-pilot for lawyers, not a replacement. LD Assist was developed to eliminate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, freeing professionals to focus on what they do best: strategic analysis, client counseling, and complex decision-making. We are delivering a tool that not only accelerates productivity but also enhances the quality and value of legal services," says Carlos Manino, Director of Solutions and Business at TOTVS Juritis.

LD Assist will initially be available in the market starting in November 2025. In addition to the launch, TOTVS will have a strong presence in Fenalaw's content agenda, reinforcing its commitment to innovation in the sector. Carlos Manino, Director of Solutions and Business at TOTVS Juritis, will be the company's spokesperson on three strategic panels.

Participation will begin on October 22nd, at 3:20 pm, on the FenaTalks I stage, with the panel “Digital Transformation in Law: How Technology Drives Efficiency, Security and Strategic Intelligence in Law Firms”, where Manino will share the stage with Miriam Machado, founding partner of the MKGV law firm.

The following day, October 23rd, will feature two sessions. First, at 2:00 PM, in the Legal Department Management room, Manino will participate in the panel "Legal Department – Data-Driven: Optimizing Controls and Enhancing External Demand Management," alongside Fábio Crespo and André Spirigoni. Later, at 5:10 PM, in the Automation and AI room, the focus will be on the hot topic with the panel "Orchestrating Efficiency: AI and Intelligent Agents Serving High-Performance Legal Practice," which will also feature Fábio Crespo and Leonardo Brandileone.
