The appointment is part of the company's strategic growth plan, which reported revenue of R$150 million in 2024 and continues to expand its national presence.
With over two decades of experience at companies such as Hapvida, Unimed Fortaleza, Morphus, IBM, and Tivit, Cascão has accumulated solid experience in infrastructure, databases, networks, data centers, and information security. This experience, as the executive describes it, "on the other side of the counter," is considered strategic to strengthen Add Value's presence in the region.
