Cloud regions in São Paulo and Vinhedo improve performance, strengthen compliance, and support AI innovation for companies in Latin America

To meet the growing demand of its expanding customer base in Latin America, accelerate AI adoption, and strengthen its global infrastructure, Oracle NetSuite today announced the general availability of its first data centers in the Oracle Cloud São Paulo and Oracle Cloud Vinhedo regions. Powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), the new data centers provide the secure, high-performance infrastructure needed to support modern AI workloads.
By hosting NetSuite locally, Brazil-based customers can reduce cross-border data transfers and more easily meet data residency and compliance requirements, while customers throughout Latin America can benefit from performance improvements, including faster response times and more agile data transfers. The new facilities also provide a foundation for accelerating the adoption of NetSuite's built-in AI capabilities.
“Latin America is a strategic market for NetSuite, and the launch of local data centers marks an important milestone in our growth,” said Gustavo Moussalli, NetSuite’s senior vice president for Latin America. “Being closer to our customers not only provides technical advantages, but also reinforces our commitment to investing responsibly in a country with enormous growth potential like Brazil and throughout the Latin American region. With OCI supporting AI workloads locally, NetSuite customers gain faster, more secure, and more reliable access to the latest AI innovations.”
The Oracle Cloud São Paulo Region and the Oracle Cloud Vinhedo Region are part of Oracle's global network of cloud regions, designed to offer the highest levels of security, availability, and disaster protection. With two data centers in Brazil, NetSuite can provide disaster recovery services while also helping customers meet geographic data storage requirements. This expansion reinforces NetSuite's commitment to delivering rapid scalability and exceptional performance to a growing customer base in Latin America.
With the addition of Brazil, NetSuite is now available in 35 data centers across 18 OCI regions on five continents. As NetSuite continues to expand its global data center footprint, companies of all sizes—from fast-growing startups to large, established enterprises—can benefit from the same reliable, secure, and resilient infrastructure that supports the world's most critical workloads. This expansion enables more organizations to benefit from enterprise-grade performance, compliance, and innovation, helping them thrive in the age of AI.
