New capabilities enable customers, partners, and developers to integrate leading AI models, create custom agents, and compose AI-powered workflows and experiences within NetSuite
THE Oracle NetSuite, the #1 AI-powered cloud ERP, today announced the next generation of NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform, an extensibility and customization environment that allows organizations to tailor NetSuite to their specific needs. Built on NetSuite's unified data model and open standards, SuiteCloud now enables integration with leading AI models, design custom AI agents, and compose AI-powered workflows and experiences.

SuiteCloud's new open and composable capabilities bring AI directly to how businesses customize and extend NetSuite. New features include:
- AI Connector Service: Allows you to select AI models that fit your business needs, define accessible data, and govern how models interact with NetSuite. Based on open standards, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), provides a secure connection between NetSuite and external assistants, including standard and custom MCP tools.
- SuiteAgent Frameworks: Enable customers, partners, and developers to build and deploy AI agents (SuiteAgents) directly on the SuiteCloud platform, leveraging NetSuite AI services to accelerate results.
- AI Toolkits: Collections of APIs that expose NetSuite's own AI services, including document analysis, reasoning, and narrative reporting, for direct use in SuiteApps, workflows, and customizations.
- AI Assistants: as the SuiteCloud Developer Assistant, a coding companion that speeds up programming, documentation, and testing, and the SuiteFlow Assistant, which allows you to create workflows using natural language in NetSuite Next.
- AI Studios: Enable administrators to configure, tune, and manage how AI operates within NetSuite, including prompt studios and narrative generation.
Availability
With new AI capabilities now available and more to be released in NetSuite Next over the next 12 months, the SuiteCloud platform gives users greater flexibility to customize, expand, and innovate within NetSuite.
