Company doubles local workforce, enhancing customer success, technical support, sales, human resources, and operations across its AI-powered product portfolio
THE Progress Software (Nasdaq: PRGS), a trusted provider of digital experience software and AI-powered infrastructure, announces the opening of its new Center of Excellence (CoE) in Heredia, Costa Rica. This milestone represents an important step in Progress’ global growth strategy and deepens its commitment to delivering high-quality products, services, and support to customers and partners worldwide.
Located in El Cafetal Corporate Center, the new 1,562-square-meter space will serve as a strategic hub for technical support, customer success, sales, and corporate functions. Building on Progress' existing presence in Costa Rica through the acquisition of ShareFile, the new facility represents a significant expansion to support the company's growing portfolio of AI-based solutions.

As part of this expansion, Progress doubled its workforce in Costa Rica, expanding its customer success, support, sales, human resources, and workplace operations teams. The CoE will also provide localized services to clients in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region.
