“Mobilization to reduce inequality” is the name of the campaign launched by ABES, in partnership with ReUrbi and the Third Sector Observatory, with the support of the Weber Shandwick agency. Brasil, País Digital is a movement led by the Brazilian Association of Software Companies (ABES) created in 2016, which has the support of various organizations in society. As a relevant entity in the Information Technology sector, ABES once again anticipated the principles and requirements of the new Brazilian Anti-Corruption Legislation, Law 12.846/13, and updated its Code of Ethics and Conduct and established a Policy for Interaction with Public Agents. Based on these two important documents, ABES reformulated its internal routines, created the position of Compliance Officer and made available a Reporting Channel.
This Integrity Program must be respected by all Associates, Directors, Directors and other ABES Collaborators, who undergo annual training.
