Five companies presented innovative solutions in the category Cross-Cutting Technologies during the Pitch Challenge ABES CSC 2025, an initiative of ABES and Connected Smart Cities. The presentations took place on September 24, 2025 at the event CSC City, in São Paulo, and brought innovations that directly impact Education, Sustainability, and Healthcare. The evaluation panel consisted of Adriano Pitoli (co-head of the KPTL GovTech Fund); Bruno Peroni (Venture Investor at Astella); Diogo Vasconcellos (Leader of the ABES Startup Committee); and Marcos Regueira (Special Projects Manager at Sebrae SC).

Cubs
Thiago Vasconcelos, CEO of Crias, presented an innovative solution in education with artificial intelligence tutors via Whatsapp for elementary and high school students. Tutors are knowledge-driven AI agents that generate content trails aligned with the BNCC, helping with questions and exercises. The difference is the individualized, didactic and safe tutoring, with mechanisms that notify the school in cases of dangerous interactions (mental health, violence). The platform ensures that students are at the center of learning, while educational management and teachers personalize the experience, send guidance, and monitor usage and safety reports.
Econnexz Climatech
Econnexz Climatech, with its Director of Innovation Edson do Nascimento Arend, presented a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Management SaaS Platform in the B2B2G model. The system is integrated and customizable to serve all segments, from small businesses to the government. Its distinguishing feature is socio-environmental purpose allied to tokenization of assets and carbon credits, serving the environmental market economy from end to end. The solution ensures cost and impact reduction, strategic data custody, reduced bureaucracy, and complete transparency and security. The team's expertise in over 15 years in the carbon business provides scalability and success to the client, addressing the challenges of decision-making and environmental accounting.
GreenPlat
Raphael Guiguer, COO of GreenPlat, focused on the solution for the lack of control and traceability in environmental management in Brazil, where most companies and municipalities still use manual methods. This leads to inaccurate information, legal risks, and the compromise of public health and circular economy. Within GreenPlat's portfolio, the digital solution stands out CTR-e Blocks™ aimed at the public sector that allows the integrated monitoring of municipal waste management, assisting with oversight, policy formulation, and fee collection. By integrating technology, efficiency, and sustainability, the company works to drive progress toward goals. ESG and in compliance with the National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS).

The CEO Carolina Monteiro presented the OTOH system, which offers continuous, real-time sound monitoring to manage the noise pollution. Using smart sensors, digital platform and AI to identify noise sources, OTOH transforms an invisible problem into actionable data for proactive management and legal compliance. OTOH's highlight is low cost it's the flexible leasing business model, which avoids high initial investments for cities and companies. The technology includes automatic identification of sound sources, personalized alerts and integration with city hall platforms, ensuring efficiency, agility and greater effectiveness in controlling urban noise.

Technology makes predictive analysis to anticipate operational needs, identifies inconsistencies before they impact the operation and promotes the full integration between sectors and systemsIntelligent automation minimizes human error and improves strategic decision-making.
