Ingram Micro, a business-to-business (B2B) platform company for the global technology ecosystem, announces the promotion of Carla Santos to the role of Vice President and Chief Country Executive (CCE) for Brazil, effective October 1, 2025. Carla succeeds Flavio Moraes Junior, who will assume the role of CCE for Ingram Micro India.
Moraes has led the Brazilian operation since 2021, driving a cycle of strong growth, digitalization, and expansion in strategic areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, and advanced solutions. Under his leadership, Ingram Micro Brazil consolidated its prominent position in the technology market, expanded partnerships, and strengthened its presence in the channel ecosystem. Now, the executive will head to India as CCE, one of the company's most important and strategic markets globally, where he will be challenged to apply all the experience gained in Brazil to an operation of great relevance to Ingram Micro's global vision.
As CCE in Brazil, Carla will work with her team to continue strengthening the company's position in the Brazilian market, expand partnerships, and drive digital innovation, with a continued focus on engagement. She will also strive to generate and capture more value for customers and manufacturers through Ingram Micro's digital twin, Xvantage.
With over 14 years of experience at Ingram Micro, Carla has successfully led strategic initiatives in Brazil and Latin America, including software, cloud, and digital solutions. Recognized for her innovative management and recognized by the CRN® Women of the Channel award, her work was instrumental in accelerating the adoption of cloud solutions and developing strategic partnerships with major global manufacturers.
"It's an honor to take over the leadership of Ingram Micro Brazil. I'm committed to ensuring the continuity of the legacy we've built and further strengthening the trust of our partners and customers," says Carla. "Brazil plays an essential role in Ingram Micro's distribution ecosystem, driving strategic alliances and strengthening the entire network of manufacturers. My goal is to expand this leadership through innovation and closer collaboration with our channels."
The leadership transition reinforces Ingram Micro's commitment to recognizing and developing internal talent, preparing leaders to tackle global challenges, and ensuring strategic operations are conducted with excellence and forward-thinking vision.
"We are very proud to see two exceptional Latin American leaders taking on such impactful roles," said Luis Ferez, senior vice president of Ingram Micro Latin America. "Under Flavio's leadership, Brazil experienced a significant growth cycle. With Carla taking over, we are confident that this momentum will continue and that she will bring energy to supporting clients and partners. This transition highlights the strength of our talent in the region and reinforces our long-term commitment to the Latin American market."
