In order to reinforce the socio-environmental responsibility and governance strategy of its operations, blip, the leading conversational intelligence platform, has just released its first ESG Journey Report 2025, disclosed during the Blip id, The largest event in Latin America dedicated to discussing the future of conversational technology. The document marks a significant moment for Blip, reflecting the company's evolution and dedication to aligning the purpose of its technology with social and environmental responsibility.
In the social pillar, Blip, which is present in 36 countries and serves more than 3 thousand companies, registered more than 1,400 hours of volunteering in 2024, with emphasis on actions with Third Sector Institutions, such as voluntary mentoring and campaigns such as War Room Telethon it's the SOS Rio Grande do Sul. The educational program {NA}Blip, this year has a partnership with Microsoft, offering free training to train Brazilians in Artificial Intelligence and conversational technologies.
On the diversity front, 47% of the leadership is already made up of women and 30% of women in senior leadership positions, reinforcing the company's commitment to the movement's agenda They Lead 2030, already having achieved its 2025 target and which expects to reach 50% by the end of 2030. Blip also invests in inclusion policies, affinity groups and equity actions that position it as a reference in organizational culture in the technology sector.
At the environmental aspect, Blip highlights its low ecological footprint due to its digital business model and the remote work of more than 95% of its team. The positive impact of Blip's technology also extends to its customers: the adoption of digital communications, such as 16 million bills sent monthly via smart contact by just one customer, for example, represents the preservation of 2,400 trees and the reduction of emissions equivalent to the withdrawal of 1,100 cars off the streets every month.
Already in governance, the company strengthened internal policies related to Human Rights, Diversity, Environment and Purchasing, maintained the certification ISO 27001 in information security and began monitoring its performance through the EcoVadis platform, raising ESG risk management standards.
This year, Blip also received the EcoVadis Seal of Commitment to Sustainability, one of the most recognized global platforms for assessing corporate sustainability performance. The certification analyzes 21 criteria across four major themes: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Purchasing. More than 130 thousand companies have already been evaluated by EcoVadis worldwide, reinforcing the relevance of the recognition obtained by the company.
