Senior Sistemas announces strategic changes to its executive structure, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the sustainable growth of the companies it serves and strengthening its leadership in key sectors of the economy.
Marcelo Xavier leaves his position as Director of the Construction Segment to dedicate himself to philanthropic projects linked to the UN, with a special focus on family-friendly initiatives. A natural entrepreneur and visionary leader, the executive has built a legacy of impact and innovation.
"Your actions have always been guided by purpose, and your decision to continue contributing to the world through solidarity and caring for others is yet another demonstration of your transformative essence. Senior is deeply grateful for every step of this shared journey. We remain inspired by your story and hope this new mission is filled with achievements," says Hermínio Gastaldi, Senior's Executive Director of Market.
"Leading the Construction sector has been an enriching experience. We've made significant progress, expanded our presence, and helped our partners evolve their digital journeys. I leave with a sense of accomplishment and pride in the work we've done with the team," Xavier emphasizes.
To succeed him, Marcos Malagola returns to the Construction division, where he built much of his professional career and has accumulated over 20 years of experience. Previously, he served as Director of Logistics, but he resumes his role, bringing even greater robustness and expertise to the challenges of the segment. The new director's mission is to strengthen Senior's position as a technological leader in the sector and support the sustainable growth of Construction clients.
"It's a pleasure to return to Construction, a sector I know deeply and for which I have great appreciation. My focus will be on expanding the digitalization of construction and development companies, improving operational performance, and supporting our clients in decision-making with consistent data. I'm motivated to further drive the digital modernization of the sector," Malagola emphasizes.
With the transition, the Logistics department will be led by Alexandre Mancini, a professional with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector and a solid track record at Senior. Mancini takes on the challenge of continuing the work already underway, focusing on innovation and delivering even greater value to logistics companies.
"Taking on Logistics is a challenge that inspires me. It's a dynamic area, essential to companies' competitiveness, and one that's undergoing rapid technological evolution. My goal is to increasingly integrate digital solutions into operations, ensuring integration, performance, and tangible results for customers," Mancini emphasizes.
With the move, the São Paulo branch will also have new leadership: Raissa Delamora takes over as head regional executive, a position previously held by Mancini.
These moves reaffirm Senior's commitment to maintaining leadership close to the sector, strengthening the confidence of business partners in the continuity of its strategy of innovation and sustainable growth.
