TIVIT, a Brazilian multinational that connects technology for a better world, is now accepting applications for its 2026 Trainee Program, focusing on Digital Solutions and SAP. The initiative aims to develop new specialists and leaders to accelerate digital transformation in companies across a variety of sectors.
Applications are open from August 25th to September 1st. Young professionals and recent graduates with a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields are eligible. The program requires intermediate English proficiency and at least one year of experience, and is conducted in-person in São Paulo (SP).
The first edition, dedicated to the commercial area, attracted nearly a thousand applications. The selection process included assessments of English, technical knowledge, and behavioral skills, resulting in 90 candidates qualifying for the in-person stage. With the active participation of company executives in the final phase, 22 talented individuals were selected to fill 10 client positions, solidifying the program as a success story and a benchmark in attracting new talent.

Program Structure
Candidates can choose one of two program tracks: Digital Solutions or SAP. Each track offers a comprehensive development journey, covering topics related to cutting-edge technology, digital solutions, data analysis, and leadership skills. During the program, trainees will have the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary teams, applying innovative tools and methodologies that provide practical insight and generate real impact on TIVIT's projects and clients.
- SAP Trail: more than 200 hours of training through the SAP Learning Hub, with access to more than 480 internationally recognized courses and certifications.
- Digital Track: full stack training covering programming logic, front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (.NET), with certifications paid for by TIVIT.
The program also includes continuous feedback, an individualized development plan, and group experiences to strengthen skills such as leadership, autonomy, communication, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking. Furthermore, TIVIT trainees gain access to large-scale projects, direct work with market-leading clients, and opportunities for international exposure through the Almaviva group, expanding their professional repertoire and accelerating their learning curve.
