After making five acquisitions in 2024, the company accelerates expansion with a focus on cloud, data, and AI for SMEs.

Skyone, a company that simplifies the adoption of technology in business, from the cloud to AI, continues to accelerate its expansion plan through acquisitions, with up to five new transactions expected by the end of 2026.

"2024 was a milestone year for Skyone. We made five acquisitions that accelerated our growth and proved to be successful integrations, especially in the cloud sector, where we have significant relevance in the SME market and a strong presence through our ERP partners," he says. Bruno Salari, the company's director of M&A and investor relations.

Skyone serves a base of over 30,000 end customers through a network of over 400 software partners that distribute its solution. The company offers a platform end-to-end, which supports the entire digital transformation journey of SME clients — from migrating systems to the cloud to using artificial intelligence from proprietary data, all wrapped in a layer of cybersecurity to protect operations.

"While large companies rely on specialized consultancies to migrate systems, manage cloud resources, and extract value from their data, Skyone brings all of this together in a single platform. With it, SMEs can migrate to the cloud, integrate their systems with web applications, efficiently manage proprietary data, and integrate it into a marketplace of AI solutions. Overall, the platform enables these companies to quickly digitize and harness the potential of artificial intelligence, transforming internal data into valuable insights through agents developed in the marketplace," comments Bruno.

The company intends to make new acquisitions in the second half of 2025, focusing mainly on cloud companies and players with technologies complementary to its current platform.

"We continue to pursue acquisitions in public and private clouds, both in Brazil and internationally, with a focus on cross-selling the platform and increasing penetration in verticals where we don't yet have a strong presence. We understand that the market is still highly fragmented and presents several consolidation synergies.

We recently expanded our scope to include companies with proprietary products in areas such as infrastructure, data integration and automation, artificial intelligence agents to incorporate into our AI marketplace, and cybersecurity solutions aligned with the needs of SMEs,” explains Bruno.

The company has already mapped more than 200 potential targets and continues to seek opportunities that will be fundamental to Skyone's expansion plan over the next five years.
