Monteiro has worked primarily in the retail and financial sectors, having worked for companies such as GPA, Leroy Merlin, Netshoes, Livraria Cultura, Cielo, PwC and NTT DATA. Throughout his career, he has led strategies aimed at modernizing operations, integrating omnichannel, optimizing processes and adopting solutions based on artificial intelligence, big data and IoT, always with a focus on generating measurable and sustainable results.

His career is also marked by recognition in award-winning projects, such as the best use of IT, implementation of the largest loyalty program in Brazilian retail (GPA) and other technological solutions presented in global forums. Monteiro combines his deep experience in digital transformation with a results-oriented vision, leading the industry to build lasting partnerships with clients and deliver innovative solutions that drive retail growth and competitiveness.
