Registration for the second edition of Sebrae Startups Award are now open. With a selection divided into five stages, this first phase will run until March 28, 2025 and consists of registration on the award website. The startups will be evaluated and the Top 1,000 are expected to be announced by May 30, 2025. The other stages will run until August 27, when the big winner will be announced at the Startup Summit 2025, in Florianópolis.
According to Paulo Puppin, coordinator of Sebrae’s Startup and Innovation Ecosystem programs, the award is a unique opportunity for startups to stand out on the national scene and expand their contact networks. “In addition to recognition, it offers a platform for visibility that can open doors to new investments, strategic partnerships and sustainable growth. In an ecosystem as dynamic as that of startups, initiatives like this are essential to promote innovation and the development of solutions that contribute to the economic and social transformation of Brazil,” he says.
It is worth noting that the 1,000 startups selected in the first phase will already receive a free credential to participate in the three days of Startup Summit 2025, where they will have access to exclusive training trails, and may be among those selected to have a stand.

Startups from all over the country with active CNPJs, registered on the Sebrae Startups Platform and who registered by the closing date for applications can apply for the Sebrae Startups 2025 Award.
