The National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) approved, within the scope of the BNDES Mais Inovação Program, the investment in the amount of R$20 million, in the direct modality, for the creation of the digital transformation platform Genius, from Squadra Tecnologia S/A. Innovative project, combines advanced artificial intelligence technologies, integral design and hyperproductivity to transform the way the company delivers business platforms to its customers.

Genius is a collaborative and self-guided platform designed to optimize workflow and productivity in digital transformation projects. Integrating multiple user profiles – such as designers, developers, architects and managers – the solution creates a conversational digital environment that organizes and accelerates the creation of business platforms. The project will place Squadra Tecnologia at the forefront of national technological innovation, supporting companies in diverse sectors to face complex challenges and adapt quickly to market changes.

With the support of BNDES, Squadra Tecnologia will continue developing and implementing the platform in the coming months. The company invites interested partners and customers to follow the project updates through its official channels.

“Investing in industrial innovation to develop new processes and products is essential for the country to have competitive companies that compete in value chains and generate qualified jobs and income. The new industrial policy of President Lula’s government has led to demand for credit for innovation in 2024 exceeding R$11 billion, the highest in the historical series, which began in 1995,” reveals BNDES president Aloizio Mercadante.

According to José Luís Gordon, Director of Productive Development, Innovation and Foreign Trade at BNDES, solutions based on artificial intelligence are an increasingly present reality. “The Federal Government launched the Brazilian Artificial Intelligence Plan last year and BNDES continues to strengthen its support for innovation and digitalization. Encouraging digital transformation is one of the strategic axes of the Mais Produção Plan, the financing arm of Nova Indústria Brasil,” he added.
