There are more than 50 vacancies available in different areas in seven cities in Brazil; applications open to start in April 2025

TOTVS, the largest technology company in the country, announces the launch of its Internship Program 2025, aimed at university students, expected to graduate between 06/2026 and 12/2027, with no restrictions on course or age. In total, there are more than 50 vacancies available in different cities in Brazil: Assis, Belo Horizonte, Caxias do Sul, Goiânia, Joinville, Maringá, Ribeirão Preto, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Applications can be submitted until February 11, 2025, in the website.

The opportunities are for different areas of the company, including HR, development, architecture and software engineering, as well as vacancies for working in Cloud, Support and CX (Customer Experience) operations.

The selection process will take into account the undergraduate course and the technical skills required for each area of activity. During the process, candidates will receive information about TOTVS and the company's culture, and will participate in dynamics, with the preparation of case studies and group activities, in addition to methodologies for preparing for the interview.

The TOTVS Internship Program includes a training journey lasting 18 months. Throughout the training journey, interns will go through different stages of content paths. The first is the Onboarding, which covers both the general information about the company and the specific information about the area of activity, when they will have contact with their mentors – their immediate manager and a veteran professional in the same area of activity, who will be their learning partner.

In the stage Behavioral, there will be meetings with the aim of exercising essential real skills; in the stage Analytics, there will be training in problem analysis and resolution and continuous improvement, in addition to registration for the improvement project; and in the last stage, Career, there will be actions focused on career and protagonism, with mentoring for groups and presentation of the projects developed.
