Service proposals can be customized to meet the entire communication journey of companies.

Dígitro Tecnologia, a leader in corporate communication and customer journey solutions, recently launched Nexus, a solution developed to automate the sales journey and unify communication and customer service services. In I estimated recently released by Gartner, 30% of companies intend to automate more than half of their network functions by 2026 and, according to the CX Trends report 2024, customers are not only already adapted to the use of technologies to improve their service, but they also expect companies to use automation and Artificial Intelligence to improve their service journey.
