Technology promises to increase companies' productivity and efficiency by automating processes and offering strategic insights for people management

Senior Sistemas, a multinational company specializing in management solutions for companies, innovates once again and announces the launch of HR Assist, the first HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) virtual world with generative AI dedicated to meeting critical demands in the area of people management. The technology was presented for the first time at CONARH 2024, the largest Human Resources event in Latin America, which took place in August, in the city of São Paulo.

The solution is already integrated with Senior's HCM, one of the most important people management systems in the country, with around 7 thousand clients and more than 9 million employees impacted. In addition, it becomes part of the company's robust portfolio of solutions embedded with Artificial Intelligence (AI) for different economic sectors. Senior has been investing in the inclusion of AI since 2015 and, since 2022, has been incorporating Generative AI into its systems — making it a pioneer in the market in the application of AI in business management software.

HR Assist promises to revolutionize the way companies manage their teams with the use of AI, because it focuses on supporting people managers in critical HR areas, such as succession planning, leadership development, performance analysis, and more. turnover and compliance with internal policies. This allows it to automate data analysis, generate recommendations, create analytics and all this through a conversational and intelligent interface. The focus is to optimize operational processes and help people managers gain time to direct their actions towards more strategic decisions that require human skills. This reinforces that HR Assist complements human work, offering insights and tools that enhance management capacity, without replacing the importance of human interactions and decisions.

IAssist Expert HR uses advanced technology and AI to access and analyze data from Senior’s HCM system with an intuitive, conversational interface. The solution enables HR leaders to access reports, charts, feedback analysis, and development suggestions quickly and efficiently, ensuring decisions are based on accurate and up-to-date data.

“By introducing HR Assist, we are delivering a true business partner for managers and HR. Our solution does not replace the role of the leader, but enhances their management capabilities, offering the necessary tools for more productive and effective people management. After all, what company wouldn’t want to have the support of an HRBP in its day-to-day operations in a 24×7 format?” says Jéssica Ariane Bartosewiz, Head of Products HCM | TM at Senior Sistemas.

Productivity, security and adaptability are strengths

HR Assist can be powered by other data sources and softwares available on the market, providing a secure management experience that is adaptable to the specific needs of each company. In addition, it helps to reduce work overload in HR, answering repetitive questions and providing relevant insights that help in the development of leaders and talent retention.

“The search for operational efficiency in HR is constant. With HR Assist, we want to provide managers with powerful tools that increase productivity and improve team performance. Today, our solutions have an impact of 80% in expanding employee development; 60% in reducing HR demands; and 84% in productivity gains with our structure. These are the relevant data that our technology delivers and that HR Assist has come to add even more”, says the head.

Another new feature of the solution for the sector is that it also ensures that data and information are only accessible to those responsible, respecting the hierarchy of access within the organization.

“This security, combined with the efficiency of generative AI, places Senior at the forefront of people management, offering an unprecedented solution for medium and large companies looking to optimize their operations and promote a more productive and intelligent work environment. In addition, with the new technology, leaders will be able to enhance their role and be increasingly closer to their teams,” adds Jéssica Ariane Bartosewiz.
