On August 15th, at 8:30 am, ABES will hold a live An unmissable event about the certificates issued by the entity, used in the process of selling Software and IT Services to public entities and government agencies, without bidding. This event will address Law No. 14,133/21, known as the New Bidding and Contracts Law (NLLC). This process is regulated by the concept of non-enforceability, detailed in section II of article 74 of the law.
