Platform magic xpi accelerated Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation and integrated a wide range of data streams through APIs
The fragrance manufacturer CREED began to synchronize data from multiple information systems to eliminate the dispersion of data created in production, logistics, e-commerce, financial operations, including a banking interface.
The integration platform magic xpi was chosen to centralize the data generated by the company's units in several countries, in addition to facilitating the implementation of the new ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, responsible for managing all business activities, including purchasing, accounting, supplies, among others.

The decision to synchronize data was made to eliminate the large disparity between the systems used, which was becoming an unsustainable situation for the company, which, after a few years of accelerated growth, realized an urgent need to simplify its management processes. The project became urgent to bring agility and coherence between these different information systems”, according to Emmanuel Schoenberger, an independent consultant responsible for this work and which involved choosing the integration platform.
To deliver the best data synchronization, the project required the use of a platform capable of managing all data flows (BPM/EAI/ETL), collecting and manipulating data from multiple sources, and converting everything into a format suitable for Data Warehouse. “Following a recommendation from our integrator, Prodware, we chose to use the services of magic Software. The choice, endorsed by CREED’s IT teams, proved to be very prudent,” according to the consultant.
With synchronization underway and in real time, the platform magic xpi is providing CREED with a number of advantages, including the ability to integrate a wide range of data streams via APIs, facilitating compatibility across all of the group’s business applications and offering greater peace of mind for IT teams, “from an intuitive and easy-to-use solution with agile deployment. Its highly scalable learning curve allows people with different levels of expertise to deepen their understanding of how to use the tool,” adds Schoenberger.
O magic xpi also helped CREED accelerate Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation with the support of Prodware and facilitated harmonized data management, even during a long process of implementing the management system, which lasted only a few months, despite involving significant challenges in the process. “We could always count on the teams from magic Software to help us deploy this new environment, which is now complete. The robust capability of the magic xpi for the seamless integration of technological advances ensures the sustainability of the IT infrastructure,” highlights Schoenberger.
With this integration project, CREED is preparing to further streamline its line-of-business processes. Consultant Emmanuel Schoenberger describes his future ambitions with the platform magic xpi: increase the company's proficiency, gain autonomy and acquire additional skills to gain a deeper understanding of challenges and take proactive actions. To achieve this, he emphasizes being able to count on a service center of magic Software to significantly help manage this transformation.
Founded in England in 1760, CREED produces high-quality fragrances for men and women in France. Special ingredients such as Bulgarian rose, Italian jasmine, Indian tuberose and Haitian vetiver are used. These natural raw materials are used in a demanding manufacturing process that includes manual maceration (the process of immersing solid materials in a liquid to extract flavor, aroma or color) carried out at a factory in Fontainebleau.
