Brazilian technology multinational announces acquisition to offer a new sales management experience for the Construction segment
In yet another strategic growth move, Senior Sistemas, a Brazilian multinational technology company, announces the acquisition of Hypnobox, a CRM specialist for construction and development companies. With over 14 years in the market, Hypnobox transacts the sale of 150 properties per day on its platform and manages around R$40 billion in PSV per year. In 2023, it achieved Net Revenue of R$13.5 million and average growth of 35% over the last 3 years.

In addition, the Company increases its market share, expands opportunities for new business and cross-selling in the customer base, reinforcing Senior’s position as a leader in providing technological solutions for this strategic segment.”
For Rafael Yoshioka, founder of Hypnobox, who will be in charge of the operation, the union between the brands will provide the market with an even more consistent offering of management solutions. “Every developer’s dream is to have a single solution with all platforms, so together we will bring cutting-edge technology, with solutions that will help construction companies and developers to better manage their relationships with their prospects and customers, and increase sales results,” he says.
This is the third acquisition announced by Senior in 2024, in deals that reinforce its presence in segments considered strategic by the company. The company also recently acquired GATec, which consolidates its expertise in agribusiness, and JobConvo, expanding its portfolio of solutions for people management.
