Developing Intelligence Leadership Skills Artificial

This course is designed for individuals who want to develop leadership skills specific to the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will be guided through a journey that spans from the fundamentals of leadership to the technical skills needed to successfully lead AI teams and projects. Learn how to communicate a clear vision, motivate multidisciplinary teams, and navigate the ethical and regulatory complexities associated with AI. ABES partner offers 50% discount on registration.

The course is divided into 12 modules, which will be available weekly over 3 months. The student will learn about “Situation of companies after Gen AI“; “A C-Level for AI“; “Function of the CAIO“; “Skills that CAIO needs to have“; “Getting to know artificial intelligence“; “Mastering AI“; “AI with enterprise data“; “Concerns when implementing AI projects“; “SWOT Matrix in AI“; “Interlocution with CEO, CFO and CMO“; “Preparing communication with leaders from all sectors of the company" It is "Validating AI applications“.

Along with recorded classes, the student will have access to teaching material, exercises and practical examples, so that knowledge goes beyond theory.

Participants who successfully complete all course activities and assessments will receive a certificate of completion.

About the mentor: Maria Luiza Reis is a mechanical engineer and PhD in Nuclear Engineering from UFRJ, where she studied solutions through predictive analysis.

Specialist in Artificial Intelligence, BPM and ECM. She was a Visiting Researcher in Artificial Vision at Université Blaise Pascal França. Speaker at conferences in Brazil and abroad on Artificial Vision, Artificial Intelligence, technology in general and economic development based on technology. Furthermore, she is responsible for the innovative artificial intelligence platform Magali Robot, launched in 2017. She is also co-founder of the healthcare startup MyHealth245, which uses AI in its services.
