THE blip, the main conversational intelligence platform that creates conversations and connects experiences between brands and their customers in the main messaging applications, has just announced the '2024 Internship Program' aimed exclusively at people with disabilities (PwD) and/or neurodivergent people. With 26 vacancies available in the Information Technology (IT) area, registrations are open until June 30th.
In addition to the opportunity for those looking to enter the job market, people who want to make a career transition can also apply. The available positions are for the areas of technical support for companies' customers, resolving doubts and problems related to the use of the platform and its services; Customer Success Platform, which ensures customer service operations to support customers; DBRE (Database Reliability Engineer, in Portuguese) – Support and Cloud, where the intern guarantees the reliability and efficiency of the company's databases; Chatbot developer, aimed at developing and implementing conversational flows and chatbots on the Blip platform; Data scientist: performs data analysis to extract insights and provide support in making strategic decisions for the business; Information Technology Team: provides technical support for the company's technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring its efficient and safe operation; Educational Products: develops and produces educational products and training for training people responsible for learning actions; User Experience Designer: builds satisfactory experiences for users through conversational flows, aiming to optimize satisfaction and usability; AI consultant: offers specialized consultancy in Artificial Intelligence to help the company make the most of new technologies, from conception to implementation of personalized solutions and HR Operations professional: manages and executes operations, tools and data in the area of People Operations (Human Resources) of the company.
