The training will last 18 months, and seeks to develop young executives for the technology market; Registration is open until January 15th

TIVIT, a Brazilian multinational that accelerates business through technology, announces the launch of its trainee program, with the aim of accelerating the development of professionals to work in the commercial area of the technology market. Registration will remain open until January 15th through the website: TIVIT Commercial Operations Trainee.

The program has 10 places, and those selected will begin their activities at TIVIT in March this year. To participate, you must have a bachelor's degree course, in any area, completed between December 2016 and December 2023. It will last 18 months, with 30 days in a onboarding commercial, 60 days of practical immersion with the Sales team and 15 months of work in support of the Company's Sales Force. “Candidates will get to know our internal areas, our rituals, participate in strategic committees, meetings with clients and understand the practice of connecting technology for a better world”, says Tatiana Lorenzi, Director of People and Culture at TIVIT.

Those selected will have the opportunity to work in one of several areas of the sales team, being able to work both with TIVIT's customer base and with new businesses. In addition to training, the vacancies also require in-person work in the city of São Paulo, knowledge of English (from intermediate level onwards) and Office package (Excel, Power Point); and alignment with the company culture. TIVIT seeks professionals with a passion for technology; constantly updated; with a protagonist profile; dynamic and entrepreneurial; and who have good interpersonal relationships and communication skills.

The selection process includes online assessment, business dynamics, a panel with commercial leadership and an interview with the CSO (Chief Sales Officer). The intention is to present the company's routine and culture to candidates, seeking those people most aligned with TIVIT's entrepreneurial profile.

After joining TIVIT, there will be monitoring by mentors, with guidance and feedback on performance. “Those joining the program will also participate in our Sales Academy, with a continuous learning path, workshops with success stories focused on our best services and products, as well as career conversations with the People & Culture team”, says Lorenzi.
