Dígitro Tecnologia, a pioneer in the development of solutions for Smart Cities, Customer Journeys, Intelligence and Defense, has just announced André Jansen as its new Director of Operations and Services. Jansen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position, having been at the forefront of the company's operations since 1995. Jansen says he intends to develop services that allow the veteran to scale into new businesses, whether through partnerships, acquisitions and incremental improvements to the current portfolio. .
Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Southern Santa Catarina and studying an MBA in Business Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, André began his professional climb over 28 years within Dígitro itself. The executive has solid experience in services and customer support, support of cloud structures (SaaS), implementation projects, monitoring (NOC) and IT management, working in the definition of service policies, budget administration, people management, preparation and monitoring of performance indicators. The professional also has internal quality auditor certification in ISO 9000 standards, process management, Balanced Score Card, Cobit fundamentals, project management fundamentals and ITIL Foundation certification.
“The market has been transforming quickly and we need to adapt to continue growing and responding to these changes. In this sense, the Operations and Services Department will work with the mission of scaling business through a value-added portfolio. Our objective is to structure efficient and effective operations, adopting new technologies and processes to keep Dígitro competitive”, states the new Director of Operations and Services at Dígitro.

André Jansen began his career at Dígitro in the production chain, working in the manufacturing and warehouse areas. He worked as a quality analyst, where he played a crucial role in the company's ISO 9000 certification process. He was promoted to quality support and development supervisor, working in the process of maintaining certification in the ISO 9000 and TL 9000 standards. From 2006 onwards, he assumed the role of advisor to customer support management, with the main role being the establishment of customer support and loyalty policies, working directly on the restructuring of the customer support area, according to ITIL methodology. In 2017, he was promoted to customer support manager, where he continued to manage operations for implementation projects, support, monitoring services, IT and integration and analytics services.
