Ingram Micro Brasil, a subsidiary of one of the main global IT distributors, announces a strategic agreement with Yamaha Musical, a company in the Yamaha Corporation group, to distribute audio solutions and services for corporate use in meeting rooms, auditoriums and plenary sessions. The partnership aims to expand the number of integrators of Yamaha Musical solutions in Brazil, expanding the offer and ease of access for resellers to the brand's portfolio in Brazil. “In addition to increasing Ingram Micro’s mix of products and complete solutions for the corporate market, the agreement with Yamaha Musical will reflect agility, quality and more possibilities for the B2B market, in which Ingram Micro has great reach”, says Paulo Renato Fernandes, director of Commercial, Consumer, DC POS and Mobility at Ingram Micro Brasil.

Yamaha Musical's product line will be allocated to the Pro-AV (Professional Audio and Video) unit, led by Alexandra Beraldo, and will have Rodrigo Honorato as brand manager. Among the main solutions that will be part of Ingram Micro's portfolio are the Adecia series equipment for ceiling and table (aimed at meetings or remote and hybrid classes), the MTX and MRX series line of processors, and audio speakers professional Yamaha VXL, VXS for surface and ceiling mounting, and VXC, aimed at various applications and projects in fixed installation.

For Caio Lenzi, manager of Yamaha's Audio Division, the Brazilian distributor has the capacity to effectively serve a large portfolio of customers. “Ingram Micro’s presence throughout Brazil can contribute to the reach of the Yamaha brand in the installed sound market,” he says. “We believe our audio solutions will provide a greatly improved experience for corporate customers, offering equity in virtual meetings and hybrid activities.”

Paulo Fernandes believes that Yamaha, being one of the main audio brands in the world, will bring more quality and variety of products to resellers, both for professional audio and installed sound. “Yamaha and Ingram Micro share the same commitment to meeting the needs of their customers, who are increasingly seeking new technologies. With the initiative of the Pro-AV unit, Yamaha emerges as a great partner for audio solutions in Brazil”, says the executive.
