The Benner Group, a Brazilian provider of software solutions and services that transforms company processes into results, has just announced the launch of a new innovative solution for its portfolio: the legal opinions module with Artificial Intelligence (AI), integrated with ChatGPT . The objective is for customers to have more complete and accurate opinions, through technology support.

According to Benner's VP, Marcelo Murilo, the great advantage of the new tool is the synergy between the agility and precision with which these documents are generated. “What matters most is the saving of time in the legal opinion with a well-written text, in addition to the analytical capacity of AI, which can significantly contribute to professionals in the field having more time for strategic activities and assisting in decision making. more assertive”, he comments.

Klug also highlights that one of the points worked on in the new solution is related to the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), given the importance of guaranteeing the security of data contained in legal processes. “In addition to not using any strategic or company-owned information, in cases of data related to Individuals, a term is issued that certifies the security and privacy of this information”, he explains.
State-of-the-art technology
Among the functions already performed by the Benner Legal system are Initial Reading, which reads and extracts information from the document, including it in the process register, including requests; and the Reading of Sentences and Judgments, which, through the documents arising from the procedural movement, identifies what a sentence or ruling is, extracts the information pertinent to the decision, includes it in a text field and classifies the progress, and can even generate the appropriate measures automatically.
