Alessandro Fernandes, CEO of the company
To talk about Conectcon's operations and market perspectives, the ABES Portal interviewed Alessandro Fernandes, the company's CEO. Enjoy reading!
What are the main products and/or services that the company offers?
We plan, develop and implement solutions for condominium segment, such as a portal, application, concierge interface and integrations with access controls, maintenance, finance and amenities that make life in condominiums easier so that property managers, administrators and outsourced contractors can work in harmony. We are reinventing condominium management, with technology, mentoring, agility and assertiveness.
What are Conectcon’s differentiators in the market?
One of the main differences is the permanence of the founding managers in the management of the company, guaranteeing control and quality with the same care since its creation in 2009. Another important difference is our specialized service in registering residents and vehicles, following the LGPD. When we implement our access control solutions, we do not leave the issue of protecting personal data in the hands of the condominium or third parties, who do not have an adequate methodology, validated and continuously refined in our 12 years of work.
What market segments does it operate in?
Focusing on the condominium segment, Conectcon serves condominiums of the most different profiles: traditional, vertical, horizontal, hybrid, associations, clubs, etc. As an example, I can mention our client Helbor Wide, an innovative complex on Avenida Faria Lima, in São Paulo, one of the most important areas of the city.
What were the company's main results in recent months and the market outlook?
We are increasingly selling our solutions to condominium administrators and professional syndication companies, which are professional syndicators with a portfolio of condominiums. At the same time, we are expanding our integration with internationally recognized brands in the technology segment, in terms of strict access control, such as DAHUA, which has one of the best facial recognition systems in the world. We are also investing in offering more facilities for managing orders, such as, for example, the ENTREGALI “smart locker”, which can be installed in condominiums. We will continue to invest in these strategies of offering cutting-edge technology and services to our customers, as the market prospects are excellent.
