Executive arrives to strengthen and connect marketing initiatives to the company's strategic guidelines

Fernando Bittencourt

With the purpose of strengthening its brand and increasing its market share, Compugraf, a provider of cybersecurity, data privacy and compliance solutions for the main Brazilian companies, announces its new CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), Fernando Bittencourt. In addition to Marketing, the professional will also coordinate the Business Development area, the core responsible for converting leads and developing new business.

Bringing together solid performance in Branding, Strategic Planning, Digital Marketing, Go-To Market Strategies and Market Intelligence, Bittencourt has almost 20 years of experience and has worked for leading national and multinational companies in the industry, financial and technology segments, such as Alcoa, Gerdau, Crefisa, Banco BMG and Tempest Security Intelligence, Embraer Group's cybersecurity company.

Graduated in Advertising and Marketing, with specializations in Strategic Marketing from FGV and in Digital Business from USP, the professional assumes the mission of repositioning the Compugraf brand, reinforcing its tradition and vision of the future, in addition to restructuring the Marketing area to act in a more 360º, further connecting your initiatives to market trends and the company's strategic guidelines. “Working in a company with so much tradition, with more than 40 years in the market, but which at the same time maintains its avant-garde and innovative DNA, is something that motivates me a lot”, reinforces Bittencourt.

One of the main players in the sector

The change is part of a move by the company, which aims to highlight its portfolio, with a vision connected to the business and the needs of different buyer personas, especially C-Levels (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs). In addition, the company seeks to reinforce its position as one of the main players in the technology and security sector, an increasingly strategic topic within companies.

According to Bravo Research's Cyber Attack Insurance Report, for the year 2023, more than US1TP4Q10 billion should be invested by companies and corporations in the cyber liability segment.

“The cybersecurity market is booming and is an increasingly strategic topic. Although this offers many opportunities for Compugraf, it also brings a competitive scenario and fierce competition – either through established players or new market entrants. Therefore, the Marketing area must act effectively and always keep an eye on the trends of this sector, which is increasingly dynamic and competitive”, concludes Bittencourt.
