With the objective of strengthening the culture of protection of personal data in Brazil, ABES will promote the new group of General Data Protection Law Training: Introduction and Best Practices, on August 11, 2023, from 8 am to 12 pm, with an exclusive focus on representatives and employees of associated companies.
Free, online, live and with a 4-hour workload, this training will enable participants to understand the principles established by the LGPD (Law 13.709/18), the impacts of the law on day-to-day activities, the measures of security and good practices, in order to make people aware of the subject, helping companies in this journey of adapting to the LGPD. Participants will receive a certificate.
The General Data Protection Law (LGPD) was enacted in 2018 and entered into force in September 2020. Since then, companies have sought to adapt to its requirements and guidelines.
Training on the LGPD is essential to sensitize teams on the subject and encourage changes in companies' processes.
