The new solution, which involved an investment of R$ 800,000 for its development, is one of the first on the market to be integrated with the ChatGPT Artificial Intelligence tool and its great differential is the fact that it can connect to any corporate IT system. 

According to the Head of Market and Product for HR at the Benner Group, Maicon Bertin, My Place arrives on the market to solve automation and integration challenges that the HR sector still faces today. “Many companies have robust ERP systems, but they do not meet the high demand for employee management, which is why flexibility is one of the main points of My Place, since it can be connected to any ERP system available on the market”, he explains. the executive. 

Another unique feature of the new app is the complete digitization of information and services in the HR sector, which goes beyond traditional chatbots and allows automating end-to-end human resource management, eliminating manual processes and optimizing the routine of employees and managers. effectively with the support of Artificial Intelligence. 

Aligned with the information security criteria of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law), My Place treats the entire sensitive HR database, accelerating the digitalization of companies towards an agile HR. “Benner saw a market opportunity that is still unattended and developed My Place thinking about meeting business demands with a cutting-edge technology such as ChatGPT in order to relieve HR of an extremely repetitive job, and still offering a service fast and quality for the collaborators", emphasizes Bertin. 

Benner Group's new solution was developed to serve companies from the most different sectors, mainly those with more than 3 to 5 thousand employees, which have a large capillarity of HR services and systems ERP still very traditional.

Using My Place, employees will be able to have immediate responses to their demands, replacing sending an email or personal contact with their HR managers, since the app automates bureaucratic processes that the sector still performs manually today. , even using traditional market solutions, but which are technologically outdated in this sense. 

Among its many functionalities, My Place allows the employee to request vacations, transfers, benefits, advance or salary review; consult payrolls, payslips or income reports; justify an absence; perform point control; see open positions; access the training calendar; and simulate a termination process – all through an efficient workflow that automatically enters information into the system so that managers and the HR team can consult it in real time. In addition, the app also has the entire registration history of employees, such as date of entry into the company, positions already held, salary updates and professional qualifications.
