Health operator responsible for more than 22,000 beneficiaries relied on the Benner Group management system to optimize daily processes

THE Paraná Medical Assistance (PAM) registration ANS N°31526-5, obtained a score of excellence in one of the pillars that make up the IDSS (Supplementary Health Performance Index), buoyed by the National Health Agency (ANS). The operator, which is part of the group medicine modality and takes care of more than 22 thousand beneficiaries with an average age of 32 years, reached a score of 0.9539 in the IDGR (Process Management and Regulation), whose objective is to measure the efficiency of health in the management of internal processes and in the fulfillment of legal obligations with the ANS.
According to the President of PAM Health, Dr. Paulo Rodrigues de Lima (CRM/PR 4187), achieving a score of 0.9539, out of a possible 1.0, reflects all the dedication and expertise of the process team and areas that make up the entire administrative chain of the operator. “We have specialized professionals with a lot of added knowledge in all the processes involving the ANS”, he emphasizes.
To achieve this result, PAM Saúde had the support of the Benner Saúde system, the Benner Group, a national company, leader in the segment and in the provision of technologies and services for operators. Through the monitoring and optimization of daily processes made possible by the solution, it was possible to guarantee automation and simplification in the PAM Saúde management system, contributing to the result achieved in the index.
